- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a Business Development or Sales role, ideally within a Technology or SaaS environment. Experience in lead generation, pipeline development, and working in a fast-paced sales cycle is highly valued.
- Sales Acumen: Strong sales skills including effective prospecting, lead qualification, and the ability to negotiate and close deals.
- CRM Knowledge: Proficiency in CRM software, ideally Salesforce. You should be adept at leveraging these tools for lead management, reporting, and sales analytics.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills are a must. This includes proficiency in cold calling, email communication, and the ability to engage prospects through social selling.
- Adaptability and Continuous Learning: An adaptable mindset and eagerness to stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and evolving sales techniques.
- Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, particularly in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
- Analytical Skills: A strong capability to interpret and utilize sales data and metrics to guide decision-making and strategy development.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish is a must, along with professional proficiency in English (French is a plus!)
